By paying the subscription fees, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the payment.

By paying the subscription fees, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the payment.
2. Definitions
Tameeny Broker Services (“the Company”): The entity operating the website and providing services.
User (“the Client”): Any individual or entity who accesses the website and/or subscribes to the Company’s services.
3. Services Offered
Tameeny.ae offers the following:
- Vehicle insurance claim support and facilitation
- Coordination with insurers, workshops, and service centers
- Assistance in arranging alternative vehicles (when applicable)
- Additional vehicle-related administrative services
- The annual subscription includes all listed services in a bundle depending on the selected package.
4. Payment Terms
All services are subject to a one-time annual fee and per-service fees when requested, as displayed at the time of checkout.
Payments must be made in full before service activation.
5. Service Activation
Service will be activated within 48 hours of receiving payment and all required documents.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in cases of abuse, fraud, or fake requests.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents upon request.
- Renewed documents including but not limited to Mulkiya, Driving License, and Emirates ID must be submitted upon request. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.
- Report any claims or accidents within 30 days.
- Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable unless approved in writing by Tameeny.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including from third-party vendors or service providers.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by insurers, workshops, or government systems.
- The Company does not assume responsibility for personal belongings inside the vehicle during handovers to its vendors.
- Tameeny is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, or unforeseen technical issues.
8. Refund Policy
- The User may cancel the subscription within 7 days of payment, provided that no service has been used. A full refund will be issued within 14 business days.
- No refund is available once any service has been used.
9. Termination & Suspension
The Company may suspend or terminate services without liability in cases of non-compliance with these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Amendments
Tameeny reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of updates via email or the mobile application.
Continued use of the services after such notification will constitute implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Service Area and Accessibility
- Mobile washing and maintenance services are offered only within the Abu Dhabi city limits. Remote or hard-to-reach areas are excluded.
- The User is responsible for providing a safe and accessible location within Abu Dhabi for service delivery. If access is not possible, the Company reserves the right to cancel the appointment without compensation.
- In case of delay in collecting the vehicle after service completion, Tameeny or its partners shall not be held responsible for any damage incurred during the waiting period.
- The User must collect the vehicle immediately upon being notified that the service is complete, or assign a responsible person to collect it on their behalf.
